I know a few of you will be dissapointed about the Velocity event being cancelled but hey, that's life lol

We'll it's only a few weeks away from the reopening and I guess we'll have to wait and see if they do anything with the place, the lineup sounds good but the rest of the nights going to have to be decent if it's to effect Dusk, only time will tell???

well am sorry but escape might as well b the munkey its full of little skoolies in any case so it doesnt bother me wats happenin t the night life in shileds i used t love coyote now ad rather sit in with ,my nan and knit i was in there a cuple of weekends ago and there was 4 ppl in i was a bout t leave wen they offered me a full refund if i stayed how desperate is that keep ya 4 squid mate id rather watch paint dry !!!

well i suggest that maybe you should go out more instead of staying in with your name and then youll realise that south shields has a lot of potential and that escape will be the next place to go

Hey ppl,

Without giving away too much detail, was in escape today and things are looking FANTASTIC

If you loked Escape before, you WILL love it now and if you did not like it before, well now is the time to get back inside over the opening weekend (31st March honeycomb / 1st April Community - Alex P on the Decks) and be AMAZED!!!

You have got to be kidding me DJ Nixy

, i was in escape on saturday for the whole of 20 minutes! Its had a lick of pant, chucked a few pieces of material on the ceiling wrecked the stage n moved the chairs from opus upstairs in escape. they havnt even bothered 2 renew the carpet or fix the toilet doors in the lasses toilets. A complete disapointment especially how long its been closed for! >:(

the only thing i can actually say thats changed that i like is the music. i also hear the prices have gone up too...is that 2 cover the cost of the paint and fresh flowers?

Wot does every1 else think!?!

hi kerry,

Im glad you liked the music. That has been the whole purpose of the NEW ESCAPE, we decided the best ting to do would be concentrate on offering something that no one in shields had, which was NON COMMERCIAL MUSIC. To be honest with you, it was amazin to see soooooo many people enjoying themselfs to the BEST in NON COMMERCIAL music in south shields. We have ATFC on the decks next Saturday (15th April) Who played @ DIGITAL last month and recived fantastic Praise from the Crowd!!

Dont forget lisa Pin Up is on the Dex on the 6th May too!

Escape has closed it's doors for the last time but a little birdy tells me that the club is getting a full refurb and name change so unfortunately its a case of
